Eric Cartier – Senior Pastor

I realized at a young age that the Lord was calling me to reach those without Christ. Through teachings at Applegate Christian Fellowship and Calvary Bible College, God began to equip me for a life of ministry. In March 2000, I accepted a permanent position with Rocky Mountain Calvary that grew into overseeing and ministering to both teenagers and young adults. After five years of service, I was offered the position of senior pastor. I believe the Lord’s house should be one of prayer and that the Bible should be taught verse-by-verse. This allows God’s word to challenge and encourage us to walk in obedience. My desire is to lead by example, to be a disciple and make disciples, and to share God’s loving kindness. I have been married to my beautiful wife, Amber, for 10+ years and we have four children, Hannah, Adelyn, Ileanne and Wyatt.

I began attending Rocky Mountain Calvary in March of 1993 and came on staff September 1996.  I have been blessed to see God’s Spirit moving throughout this fellowship for so many years.  I continue to witness His miracles, answered prayers, and see people’s lives changed.  I am assured that with God all things are possible…. I serve with my husband, Jim, and we have 2 grown boys, Keith and Kevin.

Rich Baley – Pastoral Care and Counseling / Men of Calvary Pastor (ext. 108)

God began nudging me towards Pastoral care in 1984, and by 1991 it had become a reality in my life. I have enjoyed that calling in my life ever since.Having come from a dysfunctional home, God has placed in my heart a huge burden for men and their families. I yearn to be used by God to encourage men, as iron sharpens iron, to be steadfast men of God. I desire for men to love God zealously, love their families passionately, and to lead and serve biblically. Christ, in His grace and mercy, truly invaded my life as well as my wife Diane’s life in 1983. We are blessed to have four adult children that love and serve the Lord.

Bob Guevara – Pastoral Care and Counseling (ext. 135)

I have attended Rocky Mountain Calvary since late 1997.  I have witnessed the Lord doing many great things in my life and in this fellowship through His abundant grace. My desire is to see God’s people know and rely on His love for us; to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ; to grow to maturity in Christ Jesus; and to walk in the good works that God has prepared beforehand for us.  My wife, Terri, and I have been married 35+ years.  We have four adult children and one beautiful granddaughter.

I felt a call on my life for ministry while in college.  After finishing my degree in Behavioral Science, I went into student development work, construction work, and then on to computers.  About 10 years after my initial calling, God called me to serve full time at Rocky Mountain Calvary.  For those who might think “What the heck is God doing with my life?”, be patient.  He’ll use all of what you are going through for His divine purpose!  Oh yeah, and I LOVE my awesome wife, Brandi, and 3 beautiful kids, Elli, Ryan, and Molly.  I treasure God’s blessing of family.

Jesus laid down His life to save mine; I am humbled and grateful that in His great love He has chosen to adopt me (Ephesians 1:4-5). I am a native to Colorado Springs and adore going on adventures in this beautiful state with family and friends. I count it a gift from God to serve the pastors and others here at RMC. I am excited to see how He will continue to use my gifts and passion for His glory.

Donna Graham – Women of Calvary Director (ext. 109)

It’s truly my honor and joy to serve the Lord at Rocky Mountain Calvary–especially meeting with the Women of Calvary each week for Bible studies and special events.   Each year brings a greater realization that God’s Titus 2 plan for women is so sweet, as we walk together, facing the joys and challenges of this life.  It’s glorious to see women take hold of God’s promises. I am constantly overwhelmed by the goodness of the Lord; He is so gracious and kind! “The love of Christ constrains me…” 2 Cor. 5:14

Janette Cheney – Women of Calvary Assistant (ext. 109)

My family and I have attended RMC since 2001.  I became involved in Women’s Ministry through attending retreats and Bible studies. This eventually led to my volunteering in several areas of the ministry. I am blessed to be a part of this amazing ministry and serving and working alongside the women.  Our vision for Women of Calvary is to live out Titus 2 by bringing women of all ages and stages of life together and to glorify God in our lives. It is truly a blessing to a part of Women’s Ministry and to serve on staff.

Cody Maxwell – Cafe Manager (ext. 117)

I have been attending Rocky Mountain Calvary since 2000. I have served on a volunteer basis in the youth ministry since 2005. The Lord has given me a big heart for youth through discipleship and teaching His Word. My passion is to continually live in God’s presence and help others experience life with God! There is nothing better than being in relationship with God and operating in all aspects of life through my connection with Him! All glory and love goes to our heavenly Father! ~Matthew 22:37-40

Andrew Krause – Junior High Director (ext. 134)

I have been attending Rocky Mountain Calvary since October 2008. Since then I have had the privilege of serving the youth of this church. I have great expectations for what the Lord is and will continue to do in this generation as they truly began to love and follow Him!

I love teaching this generation the Word of God and seeing them fall in love with Jesus.  What a privilege!

Jennifer Ledbetter – Preschool Director (ext. 126)

My family and I have attended RMC since the summer of 2000. After teaching in the public school system for six years, I became a stay-at-home mom. The Lord then led me back into teaching, this time at the preschool level. The next year I was hired at RMC as a part of the café staff. Then, in June of 2011 I was called to Children’s Ministry. I am truly blessed to teach the next generation and watch them fall in love with Jesus!

I have served in the nursery for many years. It is a calling from my heavenly Father. Children are a blessing from God and it is an honor and privilege to care for them.

Bethany Almado – Children’s Ministry Assistant (ext. 124)

Growing up in a Christian home has been a wonderful blessing.  I came to know Christ as a young child, but never experienced a personal relationship with Him until my pre-teens.  My goal is to share Christ in a way that the kids not only believe in Him but also realize the personal relationship Christ wants to have with them.  I don’t want them to think they have to “try harder”  to change to be more like Christ, but rather be changed supernaturally by an intimate relationship with Christ that results in denying our flesh daily.

Billy Dimirra – Worship Pastor (ext. 143)

Chris Combs – Technical Director (ext. 143)

I was invited to a service at RMC on June 28th, 2009. After fighting a personal battle wrought with spiritual warfare, attempted suicide and general hatred or disbelief toward the things of God, I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ. He radically changed my heart that day and continues to do indescribable works in my life. I began drumming on the worship team later that year and then God moved again and opened the door for me to become the technical director of RMC. I joined the staff on May 9th, 2012. This is an amazing group of people and I’m honored and humbled by serving the Lord with them.

Dan Champion – Technical Assistant (ext. 120)

God has moved in amazing ways in my life to capture my heart, and it is my desire to see others realize the necessity of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I love having the opportunity to serve in His ministry with the gifts He has given me. I started attending RMC in early 2013, and I love the Christ-centered atmosphere and small church feel. There has always been a tugging on my heart to serve, so I began volunteering in the fall of 2013 with the Audio/Visual Team.  I was brought on staff in the spring of 2014.

Donnie Stockman – Facilities Manager (ext. 116)

I have been the facilities and grounds manager of RMC since December 1998. I am responsible for overseeing building maintenance and special events setup. I also supervise community service workers assigned to Rocky Mountain Calvary.  I am truly thankful to the Lord for allowing me to minister to people’s hearts as well as providing them work to do with their hands.

Randy Knowles – Facilities Assistant(ext. 114)

I came to know Jesus personally in 2000 and was blessed to start serving the Lord and His people at RMC in 2003. I assist in facilities, maintenance and the community service program. It is my desire to live in His will, worship Him in spirit and truth and to share the good news of God’s forgiveness and grace.

Rhonda Deridder – Receptionist (ext. 100)

After 18 years of walking my way, I re-dedicated my life to the Lord in January 1999 and have been attending Rocky Mountain Calvary ever since.  I married Joe in 2000 and together we are raising my son, Reno.  I am Rocky Mountain Calvary’s full time receptionist which gives me the opportunity to meet new people and share God’s love with those who walk through these doors.  I love to ride motorcycles, counsel women, and lead Bible studies.

David Franklin – 719 Leader (ext. 122 )

Ever since Jr. high, the Lord has laid on my heart a desire to serve his church through intentional community, servanthood, and love. God has given me a burden to pursue an Acts 2:42 community within the church that reaches out to those who are hurting, desire fellowship with other believers, and seek to grow in their relationship with the Lord. I have been married to my beautiful wife, Sarah, for 4 years. We recently moved from the hills of Kentucky where I was a youth/associate pastor for a small Baptist Church. We love Colorado Springs, Rocky Mountain Calvary, and getting to know the people the Lord has placed in our lives.
