Twenty20 Junior High Mission
Leaving the world behind by maintaining a clear view of God, His Word, and the redeeming work of the cross: “The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!”
Twenty20 Junior High Vision
Our aim is to invest in students’ lives, by teaching the word of God, growing deep roots through making disciples by Steps of Action: Reach, Grow, Go
Reach: We want to reach students by providing opportunities to welcome non-believing friends to join in fun events & hear the message of gospel.
Grow: We want students to grow in their understanding of scripture & the importance of God’s word in their lives. We desire to plan activities designed to help students grow deeper in their faith.
Go: We want to encourage & provide opportunities for students to exercise their faith by serving others with the gifts God has given them. Going in the name of Jesus Christ & sharing the good news of His redeeming work.
• Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. –Our Wednesday night youth group services are filled with team building activities, challenging teachings, worship, and communion.
• Weekend Services (Saturdays at 6 p.m., Sundays at 9:00 am and 11:00 a.m.) – We believe one of the most important principles in Christian living is the practice of making disciples and the best place to start is with those closest to us, especially our family. Each weekend the Jr. High students of Rocky Mountain Calvary will be studying the same sections of scripture, on an age appropriate level, that are being covered in our main sanctuary services. This format of teaching aligns with our vision statement of BE, MAKE, SEND. It will enable parents to discuss scripture and disciple their children as they themselves are being discipled.
