Who we are
Widows are dear to the heart of the Lord, and we desire to meet their needs. We offer a small group specifically for widows that meets monthly.
We also have a volunteer ministry to help meet some of our widows’ needs. We help as we can throughout the year, as well as hosting larger events to serve our widows once or twice each year.
“Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble.” James 1:27a
Who is it for?
Any widow, regardless of age, is invited to attend our Widows Gatherings. Come be encouraged by other women in a similar situation to strengthen your walk with the Lord.

Our Widows Gatherings take place on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 10:00 am and 6:30 pm. Check our Events page for our next Gathering location and contact information. (Events will be posted the Saturday before the next Widows Gathering.)

Want to Volunteer?
Sign up to help our widows with meeting needs throughout the year such as general home and vehicle maintenance, providing meals, cleaning, grocery shopping, etc.
We also need help with our larger Widows Volunteer Ministry events, usually once or twice per year. We typically perform basic yard maintenance and occasionally small cleanup or painting projects. Check our events page in the spring and fall for our next Widows Service Day events.
