Visitors to the Fellowship

Welcome to Rocky Mountain Calvary!  It is our desire that you find a place to get plugged in and grow in God’s will for your life within a fellowship of believers.  We would like to share a little about our fellowship as you consider where God may have you grow.  We place a strong emphasis on knowing the entire counsel of God.  During weekly service times, Pastor Eric takes the fellowship through the Bible chapter by chapter and verse by verse.  Our weekend services (Saturday evening and Sunday morning) cover the same passage of Scripture.  Once a book of the Bible has been taught, a new book is selected to cover from beginning to end.  During Wednesday evening services we study verse by verse through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation until the entire Bible is covered.  For the current books of study, please check our teachings page.

We also have a deep desire to minister to children.  Since weekly services in the sanctuary are geared toward adult audiences and some topics covered may be inappropriate for children, we offer a growing environment for children of all ages (birth through high school) during each service*.  Our Children’s Ministry covers the same passages of Scripture as the adult weekend service on an age appropriate level.  This is done intentionally so parents and children can discuss what they have learned as a family.  During the school year, the AWANA program is used during the Wednesday evening service to teach children through Scripture memory and high energy activities.  Youth Awana meets during Sunday afternoons.

We also desire to minister locally and internationally through our Local and International Missions Ministry.  See our ministry web pages and visit the display in the church foyer to learn more about our missions program and the missionaries we sponsor or contact our missions staff for further information.

Our vision follows the example of Christ in His ministry on earth.  We strive to first be disciples of Jesus, then make disciples and finally send disciples.  Discovering how to be a disciple in a large fellowship requires a commitment to become involved in small groups.  There are many opportunities provided to help you fulfill your calling.  Take a look at our Connect Groups and pages under the Ministry menu on our site to learn ways to be involved and be a disciple!

We welcome you to explore our web site to learn more about our fellowship.  If you have further questions, you may send them directly to a staff member through our staff page or use the contact form.  We look forward to visiting with you!
