Men’s Mentoring

We are looking to walk alongside our brothers in Christ as they go through life as men after God’s heart. Our desire is to challenge, grow and love one another well.

And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses,
commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.
2 Timothy 2:2

Men are called to be able to learn and then teach other men to:

  • Observe Christ’s Commandments – Matthew 28:18-20
  • Love One Another – John 13:34-35
  • Walk in Grace – 2 Timothy 2:1-2
  • Be Spirit Filled – Acts 1:8

Women’s Mentoring

The discipleship mentoring ministry seeks to glorify God by walking with a commitment to God’s Word, prayer, fellowship and serving others. We build relationship to edify and encourage women as they grow in their walk with God.

Romans 12:10 “Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another”.

If you are looking to develop a deeper understanding of God’s Word, become more grounded in your faith or find where you can serve God, spending time with a mentor could help and encourage you.

Marriage Mentoring

The purpose of the Marriage Mentoring Ministry is to help couples mature in their individual walks with God and grow in their oneness with each other. Marriage Mentors at RMC are not trained counselors but have experienced many blessings and challenges through their years of marriage. They provide personalized support and encouragement to help another couple understand God’s design for marriage and how that design can be lived out in daily life.

A mentoring relationship is not for couples whose marriage is in a state of crisis, but for those who need practical and biblical help to make their marriage all that God intends for it to be.
