Eric Cartier – Senior Pastor

I realized at a young age that the Lord was calling me to reach those without Christ. Through teachings at Applegate Christian Fellowship and Calvary Bible College, God began to equip me for a life of ministry. In March 2000, I accepted a permanent position with Rocky Mountain Calvary that grew into overseeing and ministering to both teenagers and young adults. After five years of service, I was offered the position of senior pastor. I believe the Lord’s house should be one of prayer and that the Bible should be taught verse-by-verse. This allows God’s word to challenge and encourage us to walk in obedience. My desire is to lead by example, to be a disciple and make disciples, and to share God’s loving kindness. I have been married to my beautiful wife, Amber, for 10+ years and we have four children, Hannah, Adelyn, Ileanne and Wyatt.

Robert BeechAssistant Pastor (ext. 4718)

I came on staff as Rocky Mountain Calvary’s Children’s Ministry director in 1996. In 1998 I became the assistant pastor. I oversee most of the day-to-day operations of RMC and work closely with Pastor Eric Cartier to provide oversight to the Ministerial Staff. My wife Lisa serves in Women’s Ministry and we have two children, Lauren and Robby.

Dan Hooker – Leadership Pastor – Human Resources/Office Manager – School of Discipleship (ext. 4717)

Serving God day by day, minute by minute.

Sean Rafferty – Leadership Pastor – Missions – Connect Groups (ext. 4714)

I have been pastoring within Calvary Chapel for over 17 years. My wife Lisa and I have had the incredible privilege of traveling to over 20 countries leading teams and sharing the gospel with the hurting and the lost. We have four lovely daughters. I was also a church planter for 6 years, pioneering a new work in Chihuahua, Mexico, but recently have returned to Colorado to fill a pastoral role here at RMC. My responsibilities include oversight of Missions, staff development and community building inside the church.

Tyler Kettner – Senior Pastor Assistant & Event Coordinator (ext. 4720)

After 23 years of living to create my own glory and pretending I was a Christian, God took a hold of my life, replaced my heart of stone (Ezekiel 36:26-27), and showed me that I could not do it on my own. He is the only thing worth living for and I am so thankful He continuously pursues my heart, even in defiance.  While going through RMC’s School of Discipleship and School of Ministry, God placed it on my heart to seek and serve His people through any way He leads. It is my hope and prayer that I will continue to serve any way God desires alongside my wife, Naomi, and son, Malachi.

Rich Baley – Ellicott Campus Pastor (ext. 4727

I have enjoyed the calling since God has placed in my heart a huge burden for families.  I yearn to be used by God to encourage all people to be steadfast in their relationship with Him. The only way we can do that together is to passionately pursue Christ and serve Him biblically.

Bob Guevara – Pastoral Care and Counseling (ext. 4716)

I have attended Rocky Mountain Calvary since late 1997.  I have witnessed the Lord doing many great things in my life and in this fellowship through His abundant grace. My ongoing desire is to see God’s people know and rely on His love for us; to grow continuously in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ; to reach full maturity in Christ Jesus; and to walk in the good works which God has prepared beforehand for us.  My wife, Terri, and I have been married 41+ years.  We have four adult children and three amazing grandchildren.

Matt Patterson – Pastoral Care and Counseling / IT Director (ext. 4719)

I felt a call on my life for ministry while in college.  After finishing my degree in Behavioral Science, I went into student development work, construction work, and then on to computers.  About 10 years after my initial calling, God called me to serve full time at Rocky Mountain Calvary.  For those who might think “What the heck is God doing with my life?”, be patient.  He’ll use all of what you are going through for His divine purpose!  Oh yeah, and I LOVE my awesome wife, Brandi, and 3 beautiful kids, Elli, Ryan, and Molly.  I treasure God’s blessing of family.

Mike Brollier – Pastoral Care and Men’s Ministry (ext. 4711)

I have been attending Rocky Mountain Calvary since January 2010, serving 3 years in high school ministry and 4 years in men’s ministry. I graduated from the School of Discipleship in 2003, and in 2004 from the School of Ministry. God is graciously using me to walk side by side with men so they can lead their families with the love that is exemplified by Jesus’ love for His church. I have been married to my wife Susanne for 32+ years, we have 6 adult children and 8 grandchildren.

Gissel Calleros – Pastoral Care Assistant (ext. 4713)

Jesus laid down His life to save mine; I am humbled and grateful that in His great love He has chosen to adopt me (Ephesians 1:4-5). I am so proud to be able to serve the pastoral staff as the Pastoral Care Assistant. I count it a gift from God to serve the pastors and others here at RMC. I am excited to see how He will continue to use my gifts and talents for His glory.

Dan Johnson – Missions Pastor (ext. 4725)

I have been attending RMC since 2007 along with my wife and three kids. In spring of 2015 I was invited to join staff at RMC leading the missions department. It is my greatest desire to help people find the joy of a life committed to serving Jesus and reaching their neighbors and the nations with the good news of peace with God through His son Jesus!!

Amber MacLean – Missions Coordinator (ext. 4726)

I am a Colorado Native and I have been coming to Rocky Mountain Calvary since 2010. In a way, you could say that I grew up at this church. I attended Calvary Chapel Bible College where I spent one semester in York, England. I absolutely love to travel and experience new places and cultures. Especially when there is a mission and purpose behind it. The Lord has put Missions on my heart and I was blessed to come on staff in 2019. It has been a true joy to be a part of what the Lord is doing through Rocky Mountain Calvary.

David Franklin – 719 Young Adults Pastor (ext. 4729)

Ever since Jr. high, the Lord has laid on my heart a desire to serve his church through intentional community, servanthood, and love. God has given me a burden to pursue an Acts 2:42 community within the church that reaches out to those who are hurting, desire fellowship with other believers, and seek to grow in their relationship with the Lord. I have been married to my beautiful wife, Sarah, for 6+ years. We have three sons; Theodore, Sawyer & Cooper. We recently moved from the hills of Kentucky where I was a youth/associate pastor for a small Baptist Church. We love Colorado Springs, Rocky Mountain Calvary, and getting to know the people the Lord has placed in our lives.

Tim Balagat – Junior High Pastor (ext. 4710)

I have been attending RMC since 2003.  I attended the RMC School of Discipleship and the School of Ministry.  I started serving in the Jr. High as a leader in 2010.  The junior high years are the crossroads in a young person’s life, and I understand that we need to keep them on the narrow path walking with Jesus.  I am committed to build their faith and dependence on the Word of God.

Joshua Sieczkowski – Senior High Pastor (ext. 4711)

In April of 2000 the Lord revealed His love for me, accepting me in the condition I was, and He faithfully continues the process of sanctification. What an honor and privilege to share the love of God with youth at such a time as this.  I serve alongside my wife Jessi and our two children Braydon and Megan.

Jenna Crenshaw – Women of Calvary Director (ext. 4722)

Connection within community through Christ.  Upon moving to Colorado in February 2017, the Lord captured my attention with this vision and has filled my heart to overflowing for the Women of Calvary.  Together with my husband, Rob, our daughter, Monterey, and my mom, Mary Kay, our family finds great joy in attending and serving at RMC.  May God continue to use the testimony He is working out in our lives to minister as we are called.  “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever.”

Doug Saxon – Children’s Ministry Director (ext. 4734)

Just an ordinary guy serving an extraordinary God and Savior. Started attending RMC in 2000 where I met my wife, Beth. Together we are dedicated to teaching and inspiring the next generation to know, love, and follow Jesus.

Lesa Wright – Preschool Director (ext. 4735)

God has truly blessed me to be able to work alongside our children’s ministry team. I am encouraged and blessed when I see families bring their children to church. I love to see them come to church with such enthusiasm to learn about Jesus. I want them to know the One True Living God who created the world, performed miracles, to learn about Jesus and to know how much He loves them. It is a joy and honor to serve in the Preschool Department. My husband and I have been married for 31 years. We have been blessed with 6 adult children and 2 sweet Granddaughters.

Joetta Graner-Smith – Nursery Coordinator (ext. 4732)

I have served in the nursery for many years. It is a calling from my heavenly Father. Children are a blessing from God and it is an honor and privilege to care for them.

Kellyn Waters – Children’s Ministry Assistant (ext. 4733)

In 2016 God called me to jump way out of my comfort zone and move to England. There I worked for a theatre company based in a church, where we wrote and performed faith based shows that we toured to schools and churches all over the UK. It wasn’t until then that I realized I really loved telling others (especially kids) about Jesus through fun and creative ways. After visa complications in 2018, I was called back home to Colorado Springs and started attending RMC, where I met my husband Matt. In 2019, I was offered the job as Children’s Ministry Assistant, and have really loved getting to work and build relationships with these awesome kids. I feel so incredibly blessed to continue to serve the Lord and work in Children’s Ministry with RMC.

Cody Maxwell – Cafe Manager (ext. 4731)

I have attended Rocky Mountain Calvary since 2005, and came on staff in 2007 in the cafe. It has been a great joy and blessing to see how God has and still continues to work through all the events we get to do.

Billy Dimirra – Worship Pastor (ext. 4702)

For most of my life my family has been really involved in Church and serving the Lord, but it wasn’t until I was in High School that God  became real to me. I was blessed to have a support group around me who loved and cared for me enough to make sure my life was changed. After getting saved I attended Oceans Edge School of Worship in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and graduated in 2011. Since then I’ve been involved with a couple different Churches leading Worship in various capacities. Im grateful and humbled at the opportunity the Lord has provided for my wife Laura and I to move to Colorado and be a part of what God is doing here at RMC.

Dan Champion – Technical Director (ext. 4703)

God has moved in amazing ways in my life to capture my heart, and it is my desire to see others realize the necessity of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I love having the opportunity to serve in His ministry with the gifts He has given me. I started attending RMC in early 2013, and I love the Christ-centered atmosphere and small church feel. There has always been a tugging on my heart to serve, so I began volunteering in the fall of 2013 with the Audio/Visual Team.  I was brought on staff in the spring of 2014.

Donnie Stockman – Facilities Manager (ext. 4706)

I have been the facilities and grounds manager of RMC since December 1998. I am responsible for overseeing building maintenance and special events setup. I also supervise community service workers assigned to Rocky Mountain Calvary.  I am truly thankful to the Lord for allowing me to minister to people’s hearts as well as providing them work to do with their hands.

Danny Rodine – Facilities Assistant (ext. 4705)

Rhonda Deridder – Receptionist (ext. 4700)

After 18 years of turning my back on God, I re-dedicated my life to the Lord January 4th of 1999 at Rocky Mountain Calvary. I’ve been blessed to be on staff since September of 2002. I’m thankful for the multiple tasks included in my ministry and the opportunities to encourage and pray with people that come here.

Michele Davis – Controller (ext. 4739)

I was raised in a very religious home but did not meet Jesus until I was 18. Once introduced I accepted His free gift of salvation and my life was dramatically transformed. Our family has been a part of the RMC family since 2001. I started working at RMC in 2003 after having volunteered in the Café and Bookstore. My husband and I have been married for 33+ years, we have two adult children and four grandchildren. I am a 2004 graduate of Regis University with a Master of Business Administration Degree. It is such a privilege to serve at Rocky Mountain Calvary.

Jeannette Hernandez – Accounting (ext. 4737)

I started attending Rocky Mountain Calvary in 1996 and came on staff in 1997. It has been quite a journey! It has been amazing to see all God has done through the years. I started as receptionist, then moved to accounting, then on to pastoral assistant for 12 years, and I have moved back to the accounting department. It is a blessing and true joy to serve the Lord through the Accounting Department. My husband Hernando and I have been married for 7 years and are blessed to be a part of this fellowship.

Ginnell Poswalk – Volunteer Coordinator (ext. 4728)

Brad Leppla – IT/Network Administrator (ext. 4743)

Born in Southern California, attended college at the University of California, Berkeley and graduated with a B.S. in Forestry. Joined the U.S. Navy and served 18 years before I retired in 1998, including a combat tour in Iraq in 1991. It was during that evolution that God first came to me during a particularly dangerous mission and literally saved my life. I am truly blessed to work in the IT Department as Network Administrator, supporting and maintaining the network infrastructure of this amazing church.
